James Roussos, CFE, is an Industry Business Consultant with 20+ years in restaurant operations. He partners with franchise owners to support, recommend and format day-to-day execution, strengthen profitability, and build consistent guest experiences. He can help you bridge the big-picture strategy with the realities of unit operations as well as develop exit strategies.
 
James has served at every capacity in the industry. He is a ServSafe Instructor for the National Restaurant Association, an IFA Mentor for new members, a published author and speaker, and a current industry advisor. He is recognized as a franchise leader committed to, people, integrity, education and operational excellence. He has been invited to speak at Fast Casual Summits, and has volunteered at IFA conferences, to support Franchisees, by doing table talks focusing on Franchisee/ Franchisor Relations.
